The first qualifying round will have 16 teams playing in two-game series (home and away),
the winners of which will advance to the second qualifying round.
The losers of these two-game series will play in the 2010-11 Eurocup Regular Season.

If, after the Qualifying Rounds, a team that qualified to the Euroleague Regular season is from
a country where there is already a representative in the same group, it will trade
places with the other qualified team as long as this does not produce the same scenario.
