Dynamo Moscow clinched its first-ever European title downing Aris BSA 60-73 in the 2005-06 ULEB Cup Final in front of a sellout crowd of 6,300 at the Spiroudome in Charleroi, Belgium. As such, Dynamo lifted the trophy in style, becoming the first team ever to sweep the elimination rounds. Bojan Popovic was key with 17 points on 12 of 12 free throws. Mire Chatman added 15 points, and Papadopoulos posted a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds.
