Greg Brunner - Benetton Bwin (photo: benettonbasket.it) Hello everyone, I'm Greg Brunner of Benetton Basket, and this is the second installment of my Eurocup Finals blog. To the 11 people who read my first one, I thank you! The excitement is building around Treviso and the fans are just as ready to get this thing started as we are. I think that many of them are more nervous than the players themselves. The Benetton family has created one of the greatest basketball environments not only in Italy, but also across Europe. Over the past 30 years, there has been a distinguished pedigree of players to come through this team. Even my friends back home in the United States knew what team I had signed with and who had played on that team in previous years (definitely a first).

To wear this jersey is a great honor and brings forth a lot of pride. You want to accomplish what teams of the past have done. Even though ours may not be the most talented team ever put on... more
