"The game didn't start the way we wanted. We were not able to execute the things that we wanted to do and had too much respect for our opponent. We knew Nanterre is a high-level team, very physical, with a good shooting percentage, like they showed tonight. In the first half, we were not able to do what we wanted to do. We did good things, but not all the time. We found good, close shots on offense, which we missed and that made us be a bit frustrated in the first half and we paid a high price for it. Everything changed after the break; we held Nanterre scoreless for five or six minutes and had more fun, getting better options on offense and defense. The game was on our side when we were up by 6 with four minutes left, but there was some situation, especially a steal that we didn't get anything from and to which Nanterre answered with a three-pointer. We have to learn from this, especially those players who haven't played this competition for a long time or are here for the first time. We have to be tougher and braver. I loved the way my team bounced back; we don't have to be afraid of anyone."
