Seraphin (205, 19) is coming off a brilliant summer in which he led the French national team to a silver medal at the Under-20 European Championships in Rhodes. He averaged 11.8 points and 5.7 rebounds over 23 minutes at the event and was named to the all-tournament team. Last season Seraphin played a reserve role for Cholet, averaging 2 points and 1.6 rebounds over 6 minutes in the French League and 2.2 points and 1.9 boards over 7 minutes in the EuroChallenge, helping Cholet reach the title game. Seraphin's size, strength and long arms promise to make him a force to be reckoned with in the paint for Cholet in years to come.
