Miller (208, 26) arrives from Polish side Anwil Wloclawek, where he averaged 13.8 points and 6.5 rebounds last season, helping the club reach the Polish League semifinals. Miller first made a name for himself playing college basketball at Wichita State University. He was named the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year in 2006 after posting 13.1 points and 6.6 rebounds in 35 games for the Shockers. He then began his professional career in Germany with Eisbaren Bremerhaven.

"We lacked big guys during the preseason games, so we decided to enforce the four-five position," head coach Stanislav Eremin explained. "So we signed Paul Miller, who had a very good last season. Paul is a player with great touch and a good shot. It's very important that Miller can play both positions – four and five. I hope he'll help our team in the upcoming season."
