ARIS: Aaron Miles takes over at point
Aaron Miles - Panionios On TelecomsAris BSA 2003 signed playmaker Aaron Miles on Sunday, giving the club a new floor general for the Eurocup campaign. Miles (185, 26) arrives from Panionios On Telecoms, for whom he averaged 10.2 points, 3.3 assists and 1.9 steals in 10 Euroleague games last season. He also recorded 11.3 points, 3.5 assists and 2.2 steals in the Greek League. Miles will help shake things up at Aris after the club failed to reach the Euroleague via the qualifying rounds. A seasoned playmaker, he has also played for Cajasol Sevilla of the Spanish League and Pau-Orthez in France. Previous to playing in Europe, Miles spent a half-season in the NBA with Golden State and four at the University of Kansas, which he left as the top player all-time in assists.
