TELEKOM BONN adds Ronald Dupree
Ronald Dupree (Photo: nba.com)After learning that small forward Vincent Yarbrough would miss several months with a torn tendon in his foot, Telekom Bonn moved to sign Ronald Dupree for the rest of the season as his replacement. Dupree (201, 28) is due in Germany later this week. It will be his first time playing in Europe after a lengthy career in the NBA and NBDL. Dupree played for parts of five season in the NBA with Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota and Seattle, taking part in 154 games. He also played in 14 playoff games, including in the 2005 NBA finals. Dupree's best individual season was his first, 2003-04, when he posted 6.2 points and 3.6 rebounds over 47 games for Chicago. Last season Dupree split time between Tulsa and Utah of the NBDL, averaging 17.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists over 49 appearances.
