ANWIL tabs Dardan Berisha
Dardan BerishaAnwil Wloclawek started to get ready for the 2010-11 Eurocup season by inking top prospect Dardan Berisha to a three-year deal, the club confirmed Thursday. Berisha (192, 20) arrives from Polonia 2011 Warszawa, where he averaged 16 points on 90.8% free throws, 3.1 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 21 Polish League games last season. In his three seasons with Polonia 2011, Berisha led his team to win the Polish second division in 2009. He has also played for Caceres 2016 and Trujillo in Spain, BC Peje his native Kosovo and Cibona's junior team in Croatia. Berisha is a regular member of the Kosovo national team. Berisha is taking his upside and all-around scoring skills to Wloclawek until the end of the 2012-13 season.
