CANTU tabs Tabu at guard
Jonathan Tabu - Spirou CharleroiNGC-Bennet Cantu continues to be one of the most active teams in the early part of the off season by signing guard Jonathan Tabu from Belgian champion Spirou Charleroi. Tabu (190, 24) signed a three-year deal with Cantu. He has spent his entire career to date with Charleroi, debuting in 2004 as a teenager. Tabu has also amassed three Belgian League titles with the club. He is a veteran of the Eurocup and played 35 games in the competition over the past five years. Last season Tabu averaged 12.6 points and 2.4 assists per game in the Eurocup and 10.6 points and 2.5 assists in the Belgian League. Tabu is also a member of the Belgian national team.

"By signing Jonathan Tabu, we have secured another young prospect that coach Andrea Trinchieri will surely grow in the coming years," Cantu’s sporting director Bruno Arrigoni said.
