Green (185, 25) arrives from Belgacom Liege Basket, where he averaged 13.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.6 steals in 37 Belgian League games last season. He helped Liege to make it to the Belgian League finals for the first time in club history and lifted the Belgian Supercup trophy. Green has also played for Antalya Buyuksehir Belediye in Turkey since finishing his college career at Butler University (NCAA). He helped the Bulldogs to reach the NCAA Tournament eighthfinals in 2007. "We managed to sign a player with a great pedigree at the NCAA level who has also performed well in his first two seasons in Europe," Cantu president Alessandro Corrado said.
