BG GOETTINGEN inks Christoph Tetzner

On Thursday, Goettingen announced the arrival of forward Christoph Tetzner, who inked a one-year deal with his new team. Tetzner (200, 29) arrives from BBC Bayreuth, where he has played for six seasons. He averaged 5.4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 30 second division games last season, helping Bayreuth to reach the German elite. He has also played for several German clubs such as Mitteldeutscher BC, Lichterfelde Berlin, Greifswald, SV Halle and BG Chemnitz throughout his career. “I am proud to be a part of the reigning EuroChallenge champion now”, Tetzner said in a first statement. “I like the concept and style of play of coach John Patick. And I think that style suits me well."
