ANWIL brings back Paul Miller
A familiar face is back in Wloclawek, as Anwil confirmed the arrival of center Paul Miller, who will play for the Polish finalists next season. Miller (208, 27) already played for Anwil in 2008-09, averaging 13.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 36 Polish League games. Last season, Miller averaged 7.3 points and 5 rebounds in 6 Eurocup games with Triumph Lyubertsy. Miller has also played for Polonia Warszawa in Poland, Eisbaeren Bremerhaven in Germany and Daegu Orions in South Korea since finishing his college career at Wichita State University (NCAA). He helped Wichita St. to reach the NCAA Tournament eighthfinals in 2006, when he was chosen as the Missouri Valley Conference player of the year. Miller is now ready to lead Anwil in its Eurocup return in the 2010-11 season. "I cannot wait to play for Anwil again. I have a lot of energy and am looking forward to that moment. I promise our fans that, just as always, I will do my best."
