CAJASOL inks vet Bullock
Cajasol announced a big signing over the weekend as the Spanish Eurocup newcomer added veteran guard Louis Bullock (185, 34) for the next season. Bullock arrives from Real Madrid, where last season he averaged 6.9 points and 1.1 rebounds per game. Bullock, a trademark name in European basketball in the last years, spent six seasons in Real Madrid. There, he won the 2007 ULEB Cup title and the Spanish League twice in 2005 and 2007, also being named MVP of the 2005 Finals. He played college ball in Michigan from 1995 to 1999 and in 2000 he moved to Europe to join Muller Verona in Italy. In his Euroleague debut he blasted everyone with his 20.5 points and 3.5 assists per game. In the next campaign he moved to Adecco Milano where he also had outsanding numbers in the Italian League and he then moved to Spain in May of 2002, joining Unicaja. He stayed for two more seasons in Malaga, always holding a protagonist role in the team until in 2004 he joined Real Madrid, becoming a household name in the Spanish capital.
