Mladen Jeremic (Photo: FIBA Europe)Hemofarm Stada signed a long-term deal with small forward Mladen Jeremic to help offset the loss of star forward Milan Macvan, who moved to Euroleague side Maccabi Electra last month. Mladen Jeremic (196, 22) signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Hemofarm. He grew up with FMP, where last season he averaged 10.9 points, 1.4 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 24 Adriatic League games. Jeremic trained with the Serbian national team last summer in preparation for the FIBA World Championships, but was not among the 12 players to make the final cut. He has not played yet this season. Jeremic was member of the Serbian under-20 national team that won the European championship in 2008 in Riga. In 2007 he helped Serbia to gold at the U-19 FIBA World Championships in Novi Sad, where he was top scorer of the tournament and Macvan was named MVP.
