FRAPORT SKYLINERS land Davidson
Jermareo Davidson - Krasnye KryliaAn accomplished rebounder returns to the Eurocup for the second consecutive season, as Fraport Skyliners announced an agreement with Jermareo Davidson to a one-year deal on Thursday. Davidson (2.08 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Idaho of the NBA Development League, where he was second in the competition in rebounding with 10.1 boards per night. He also averaged 15.3 points and 1.5 blocks in 30 D-League games. Davidson had started the 2010-11 season with Krasnye Krylia of Russia, where he averaged 9.8 points and 4.3 rebounds in four Eurocup games before joining Idaho. He has also played for Darussafaka in Turkey, Golden State and Charlotte in the NBA and Sioux Falls in the D-League. Davidson joins Jon Leuer as the newest faces on the Frankfurt frontline.

"Davidson is a very athletic player who will certainly help us a lot. He will play a major role in the team," head coach Muli Katzurin said. "I look forward to the upcoming season. I am proud to play for Fraport Skyliners," Davidson added.
