CIBONA signs rookie playmaker Ware
Dustin Ware (Photo: georgiadogs)Cibona Zagreb signed rookie point guard Dustin Ware over the weekend. Ware (1.78 meters, 22 years) comes to the Croatian capital after playing four years for the University of Georgia. He averaged 8.1 points and 2.3 assists per game as a senior last season. He also set a school record last season by making 90.6% of his free throws. Ware finished his college basketball career among the Bulldogs' all-time leaders in assists (fifth, 400 assists) and steals (ninth, 119).
