PANIONIOS tabs Dragicevic at forward
Strahinja Dragicevic signed with Panionios (Photo Keravnosbc.com)Panionios On Telecoms of Athens fortified its frontcourt by signing veteran forward Strahinja Dragicevic for the coming season. Dragicevic (2.03 meters, 26 years old) is the twin brother of Azovmash big man Tadija Dragicevic. Strahinja Dragicevic spent last season with Keravnos Nicosia of Cyprus, with whom he averaged 9.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in the FIBA EuroChallenge. A native of Serbia, Dragicevic came up in the Partizan Belgrade youth system and later played for Mega Hypo Leasing and Crvena Zvezda in Serbia and Walters Tigers Tubingen in Germany.
