Zisis (1.97 meters, 29 years old) reached the Eurocup Final last season with Uxue Bilbao Basket in what was his first season in the competition. Zisis started 14 of 17 Eurocup games with Bilbao, averaging 9.9 points and 3.4 assists while making almost 40% of his three-point shots. Zisis had previously spent 12 seasons in the Euroleague, having debuted as a 17-year-old with AEK in 2001. By the next season, he was a fulltime starter and by his fifth season with AEK had posted 11.6 points on average in 20 Euroleague games. In 2005-06, Zisis moved to Italy with Benetton Treviso, and two years later joined CSKAMoscow, winning the 2008 Euroleague title in a reserve role. He returned to the Final Four in 2009 with CSKA, finishing as runner-up, and then spent three seasons with Montepaschi Siena of Italy - including a third Final Four appearance in 2011 - before moving to Bilbao last season. Along the way, Zisis has collected seven national league titles in three countries, as well as a European championships gold medal in 2005 and the world championships silver in 2006 with the Greek national team.
