Former Eurocup winner Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar kept getting ready for its return to the competition by inking center Anthony Randolph to a one-year deal on Monday. Lokomotiv keeps an option to extend his contract until the end of the 2015-16 season. Randolph (2.11 meters, 25 years old) played for Denver of the NBA last season, averaging 4.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in 43 games. He has also played for Minnesota, New York and Golden State of the NBA. Randolph accumulated 1,789 points and 1,078 rebounds in 252 games over the last six seasons. Randolph also played for Louisiana State University, averaging 15.6 points and 8.5 rebounds in 31 NCAA games in the 2007-08 season. "I will try to be a successful player and get better every day, doing my best to help our team be better than their opponents in the Eurocup and the VTB League," Randolph said. "I understand that I joined an ambitious, hard-working team and working together will help us win championships."
