Panellinios lands Anthony Grundy

On Thursday, Panellinios officially announced that combo guard Anthony Grundy inked a one-year deal with his new team. Grundy (189, 28) arrives from Siviglia Wear Teramo, where he averaged 18.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.7 steals in 33 Italian League games last season. Grundy has been filling the baskets everywhere he has played throughout his career. He has also played for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA, the Roanoke Dazzle in the NBDL, Villa Duarte de Calero in the Dominican Republic, Panteras de Miranda in Venezuela, Ramat Hasharon in Israel, Ockelbo BBK in Sweden, the Raleigh Knights in the WBA, as well as for TSG Ehingen and EWE Baskets Oldenburg in Germany. He also became the first player to score 1,000 points in a NBDL season.
