Swans Gmunden announced the arrival of rookie forward Kevin Johnson for the coming season. Johnson (201, 23) will begin his professional career with the Austrian champs, after only finishing his stay at Humboldt State University months ago. Johnson had a stellar senior season for the Division II squad, averaging 16.8 points and 10.2 rebounds per game en route to California Collegiate Athletic Association MVP honors. He left Humboldt St. as the school's second all-time leading rebounder and third all-time in scoring. With Johnson's signing, the Swans are a step closer to completing the roster for their ULEB Cup debut this season. The club is still expected to add two more younger players.
