EiffelTowers land Kurtz and Harrington

Brandon Kurtz Dutch Champions EiffelTowers Den Bosch have added two more pieces to the puzzle with the signings of former college teammates Brandon Kurtz and Greg Harrington. The duo played together for two seasons at the University of Tulsa between 1998 and 2000. Kurtz (208, 29) is a center who arrives from Maccabi Rishon in Israel, while Harrington (188, 27) is a point guard who spent last season in Poland with Polphamra. Kurtz has had a rich career in Europe, playing for teams in Israel, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Poland. Kurtz began last season in Poland with Anwil Wloclawek, where he took part in the ULEB Cup for the first time, averaging 11 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block per game. He joined Rishon in January and posted 12.3 points and 6.1 rebounds in 17 games.

Harrington began his career in Europe with Apollon Limassol in Cyprus and has since spent time in Austria, Portugal and France. However the bulk of his time has been spent in Poland, where Harrington has suited up for four different teams over the past four seasons. Last year he averaged 13.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game.
