Slask Wroclaw tabs point guard Fountain
Asco Slask Wroclaw has pledged its future to the hands of Shaun Fountain by signing the point guard for the coming season. Fountain (178, 30) has spent the majority of his career playing in semi-pro leagues in the United States. His road to Wroclaw began with two seasons of junior college basketball at Owens Community College in Ohio and then with two seasons of Division I college basketball at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Fountain played one season for Lons-le-Saunier in France after college and has since had stints in the IBL, ABA, WBA, CBA and USBL. He also spent some time last season with Trotamundos de Carabobo in Venezuela.
