Road winners seize first places in three groups
Several teams started to separate themselves from the rest after eight more games in Last 16, Week 2 on Tuesday on basketball courts across Europe. Five teams can boast perfect records through two Last 16 games including two in Group I, Maroussi Costa Coffee and Dynamo Moscow, who will meet next week ensuring that at least one team will reach the halfway point of this stage undefeated.
Dynamo
beat Russian League rival BC Khimki 69-77 on the road thanks to another big night from Travis Hansen, while Maroussi bested Greek League rival
Panellinios
59-71 as Kostas Charalampidis matched his season high with 17 points. In Group J,
Benetton Basket
claimed the top spot by downing Zadar 76-84 behind Gary Neal’s 23 points, while
Unics Kazan

Pamesa Valencia
remained undefeated this season and in first place in Group K by beating Hemofarm 65-60 as Vule Avdalovic shined down the stretch.
Crvena Zvezda
picked up an important 62-74 road win at Azovmash as Marko Marinovic came through with 16 points and 7 assists. Len Matela had a brilliant all-around performance to lead
Spirou Charleroi
over Artland Dragons 82-94 to improve to 2-0 in Group L, with
Lietuvos Rytas
close behind after handing iurbentia Bilbao 73-71 led by Chuck Eidson. However with one more game on the schedule before the halfway point, much can still change.
