ratiopharm Ulm bolstered its frontcourt for the foreseeable future by inking power forward Raymar Morgan to a two-year deal on Wednesday. Morgan (2.02 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Panathinaikos Athens, where he averaged 5.7 points and 3.1 rebounds in 7 Greek League games last season, helping the Greens reach the final. He started the 2014-15 season with BG Goettingen, averaging 16.2 points and 6 rebounds in 33 German League games before moving to the Greek capital. Morgan has also played for Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion, Ironi Ashkelon and Green Tops Netanya of Israel, as well as for Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir of Turkey. He also helped Michigan State University reach the NCAA Tournament final four in 2010. He is set to make his Eurocup debut with Ulm next season.
