Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv added depth to its roster by signing swingman Elijah Millsap until the end of the season, club announced on Saturday. Millsap (1.98 meters, 28 years old) last played with the Utah Jazz of the NBA, where he appeared in 67 games over the past two seasons, averaging 4.2 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 16.4 minutes. Known for his athleticism, physicality and standing out with his ability to play top defense, Millsap also previously played professionally in the National Basketball Development League with Tulsa, Los Angeles and Bakersfield. He also spent time with Petron Blaze Boosters in the Philippines and had a brief stint with Maccabi Ashdod in Israel. He is set to make his Eurocup debut next week when Maccabi travels to Kazan to face Unics.
