Partizan extends small forward Andric
Partizan NIS Belgrade continued building a roster for the upcoming season by re-signing homegrown small forward Mihajlo Andric for two more years, the club announced Wednesday. Andric (2.00 meters, 22 years old) made his professional debut with the club as a 19-year old in 2012, and has one Turkish Airlines Euroleague and one Eurocup season under his belt. Two years ago, Andric averaged 8.7 points on 45.8% three-point shooting in Partizan’s Eurocup debut. Last season, Andric has played in only three games before suffering a season-ending foot injury. Andric has been a member of all Serbian youth categories, winning bronze medals at the U18 and U20 European Championships, and silver at the U19 World Championship. Andric's contract extension is the third move Partizan has made this summer, after bolstering its frontcourt with the additions of Stefan Bircevic and Djordje Majstorovic.
