Last season he was among the top scorers in the Italian League with 15.3 points in addition to 4.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.9 assists for Vanoli Cremona. With Orleans, Bell (183, 30) will try to get back to the Eurocup for the first time since December 2005 when he played for Deutsche Bank Skyliners. He first made a name for himself during an outstanding college basketball career at Boston College, where he was twice named the Big East Conference player of the year and set his school’s career scoring record. Bell played for Memphis in the NBA during the 2003-04 season before moving to Europe and Real Madrid the following season. He joined the Skyliners after that and spent the 2006-07 campaign back in America with Austin and Albuquerque in the NBDL. Since then Bell has played exclusively in Italy for Angelico Biella, Fastweb Casale Monferrato and Cremona.
