Jerusalem inks scorer Jerrells
A reigning champion of the 7DAYS EuroCup, scoring guard Curtis Jerrells, is taking his talents to a Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem, the club announced Sunday. Jerrells (1.85 meters, 29 years old) arrives from Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul, with whom he won last seasons EuroCup title after arriving in mid-season and coming off the bench in 11 games to average 4 points in 13 minutes. Jerrells previously played for five EuroLeague teams – Partizan Belgrade, Fenerbahce Istanbul, Besiktas Istanbul, EA7 Emporio Armani Milan and Unics Kazan – averaging 11.1 points over 79 career games in that competition. Before Galatasaray, he also played half a season in the EuroCup with Unics.
