Spartak St. Petersburg, Lasme part ways
Stephane Lasme - Maccabi Electra_25392Spartak St. Petersburg and forward Stephane Lasme parted ways on Sunday, the club announced. Lasme was unable to join the club in Russia due to technical issues regarding his green card application in the United States. Lasme, a native of Gabon, may need to miss the European basketball season as he resolves the situation. He joined Spartak in July after spending last season in Israel with Maccabi Electra. Spartak will seek a replacement for Lasme on its roster.
