Turin finds point guard in Garrett
FIAT Turin continues getting ready for its upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup debut by inking point guard Diante Garrett, who signed a one year deal on Thursday. Garrett (1.93 meters, 29 years old) has last played for Toyota Alvark in Japan, and has posted 18.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4 assists and 1.5 steals per contest. Next season will also mark a EuroCup debut for Garrett, who has played three Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games with KK Zagreb in 2011. Those were also his first professional games, after which he also played with JSF Nanterre in France, Phoenix and Utah in the NBA, Bakersfield, Iowa and Grand Rapids in D-League and Maccabi Ashdod in Israel.
