Lokomotiv lands All-EuroCup forward Johnson
Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar signed power forward JaJuan Johnson, who played a key role in Darussafaka Istanbul winning the 7DAYS EuroCup last season. Johnson (2.07 meters, 28 years old) earned All-EuroCup Second Team honors last season after posting 13.9 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.6 blocks, while accumulating a performance index rating of 16.0. Johnson ranked second in the competition in blocks and eighth in rebounds. He was also second on his team in points and PIR. In the finals against Lokomotiv, Johnson was worth 7.5 points, 9 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 3 blocks per game. He previously played in Russia for Krasny Oktyabr Volgograd during the 2015-16 campaign. Johnson has also suited up for Cantu and Pistoia in Italy, Besiktas in Turkey, Guangdong in China, Boston in the NBA and Fort Wayne, Canton and Idaho in the D-League.
