Valencia re-signs Thomas for a third season together

Will Thomas
will spend a third season together after the sides agreed on a deal for the 2018-19 campaign. Thomas (2.03 meters, 32 years old) posted 6.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 30 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season and 8.6 points and 3.9 rebounds in the Spanish League. He helped Valencia win the 2017 Spanish championship in his first season with the club. Before that Thomas spent two seasons with Unicaja Malaga. He started his professional career in Belgium with Belgacom Liege Basket and Telenet Ostend. Thomas moved on to play for Army
Sport
Klub Tbilisi, which he led to the Georgian League title in 2012. He has also played for Pinar Karsiyaka Izmir of Turkey and Sidigas Avellino of Italy. Thomas took Karsiyaka to the EuroChallenge title game in 2013.
