Dolomiti Energia Trento reached an agreement with guard Aaron Craft for the remainder of the season, the club announced Monday. Craft (1.88 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Buducnost VOLI Podgorica, where he averaged 1.5 points and 2.3 assists in 4 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games this season. He had joined Buducnost from AS Monaco, which he led to first place in the French League regular season, Game 5 of the French finals and the French Cup crown last season. He averaged 6.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.4 steals in 33 French League games with Monaco. He already played for Trento in the 2016-17 season, averaging 10.3 points and 4.8 assists in 44 Italian League games. Craft is known for his tough defense; he was named the 2015 D-League Defensive Player of the Year Award after his premier professional season with Santa Cruz, with which he won the D-League title. He made his European debut the following season with Hungarian side Szolnoki Olaj.
