ASSECO PROKOM inks Eldridge
Courtney Eldridge joins ProkomAsseco Prokom Gydnia added another floor general to its roster for the upcoming Turkish Airlines Euroleague season with the signing of Courtney Eldridge to a one-year deal on Monday. Eldridge (176, 30) arrives from Associazione Basket Latina, where he averaged 16 points, 3 assists and 2.1 steals in 30 Italian second division games last season. He returns to play in Poland after past stints with SKS Polpharma-Pakmet Starogard, Banks BPS Basket Kwidzyn and Kager Gdynia, where Eldridge established himself as an accomplished pass-first playmaker. Eldridge has also played for Bandeiras / Rio Claro and Uniara/Araraquara in Brazil, Great Lakes in the CBA and North Charleston in the D-League. He will now make his Euroleague debut in the 2010-11 season with Prokom.
