Czech League, Game 12: December 2-3, 2006
CEZ Basketball Nymburk stays unstoppable in the Czech League and improved to 11-1 in the standings by simply overwhelming NH Ostrava 81-55 at home on Saturday. Radoslav Rancik led the winners with 17 points, Guillermo Diaz added 15 while Stanislav Votroubek had 13 for Nymburk, which led 42-21 at halftime and had to troubles to win yet another game. BK Prostejov and BK Decin keep tying for the second place each with a 9-3 record. Prostejov downed BK Sadska 76-122 on the road. Lamar Butler led 6 Prostejov players in double digits with 26 points. Meanwhile, Decin thrashed USK Praha 107-74 with 20 points each from David Panacek and Peter Mulligan. A Plus OHL ZS Brno BC edged BK Kondori Liberec 84-85 to stay fourth at 8-4. Pavel Prach paced the winners with 23 points. In other games, Mlekarna Kunin beat BK Synthesia Pardubice 71-85 while BK Usti nad Labem topped Brnensky basketbalovy klub 82-88. Brnensky has lost all its 12 Czech League games so far.
