A sharpshooter of unlimited range and competitiveness, Ruben Douglas arrives to Turin with pairs on his mind. He hopes to make Pamesa the first two-time ULEB Cup winner, lift the trophy a second time himself and, should his team need it, become the first player chosen title-game MVP twice. Douglas started his professional career in Panionios of Greece, one of the teams Pamesa defeated to reach the Final Eight. His next stop was Climamio Bologna, for whom Douglas delivered a buzzer-beating three-pointer in the finals to win the Italian League trophy. Success followed him into the next season as Douglas led Dynamo Moscow to the 2006 ULEB Cup crown, being named the final MVP for scoring 17 points against Aris. After joining Pamesa in 2006 and helping the team get back to the Spanish League playoffs last season, Douglas has shined in his ULEB Cup return. He set a single-game record of nine three-pointers made in the regular season while leading Pamesa in scoring on its way to the Final Eight, where he will be among the most dangerous players with the ball in his hands.
