Real Madrid secured a Final Four berth with its second road win in less than 48 hours against Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul on Friday night, and once again the team's youngest player helped make it happen. Teenage sensation Luka Doncic stood tall for Madrid to earn the title of MVP for Game 4 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs. It marked the 18-year old's second consecutive MVP of the round award, after he shared the honor 48 hours earlier in Game 3. It's Doncic's fourth such honor this season, second to only reigning EuroLeague MVP Nando De Colo of CSKA Moscow, who won five. Doncic was everywhere for Madrid on Friday, scoring 11 points, dishing 7 assists and collecting 5 rebounds. He made his only two-point shot attempt, hit 1 of 4 from downtown and went 6 for 8 from the free throw line in addition to collecting 1 steal and 6 fouls drawn for a performance index rating of 21, the highest among all players in the two Game 4 contests. The next three best performers in Game 4 came from the same game. The second-highest index rating of the night belonged to Darussafaka playmaker Brad Wanamaker, who had an index rating of 20. He netted 25 points, while grabbing 4 rebounds and drawing 6 fouls in a loss that ended his team's season. Two Madrid teammates, Anthony Randolph and Sergio Llull, each had performance index ratings of 18. Llull posted 17 points and 5 assists and Randolph contributed to the series-clinching win with 15 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block.

Dunston also had 3 blocked shots to lead the Game 4 charts, while a pair of forwards, Kostas Papanikolaou of Olympiacos Piraeus and Adrien Moerman of Darussafaka, each had 2 steals in Game 4 to lead all players in that category.
