BC Kyiv stayed unstoppable and improved to 19-0 in the Ukrainian League standings by thrashing Dnipro 61-87 on the road on Friday. Pooh Jeter paced the winners with 22 points. Josh Davis added 17 points and 11 rebounds, Marko Maravic had 11 points while Marcus Faison got 10 for Kyiv, that had already sealed the outcome, 49-69, after 30 minutes. Azovmash improved to 16-3 by edging the Cherkasy Monkeys 85-79 in Mariupol on Saturday. Panagiotis Liadelis led the winners with 23 points. Gerrod Henderson added 18, Tomas Delininkaitis had 17 while Rodney Buford had 11 for Azovmash, that led 56-53 after 30 minutes. Liadelis, Henderson and Buford combined for 20 points in the fourth quarter to win it for Azovmash. Politekhnika Lvov, Khimik and Sumihiprom tie for third place at 12-7. Khimik thrashed Sumihiprom 111-77 while Lvov registered a 96-86 road loss against Mykolaiv. In other games, Odessa edged Budivelnik 65-67 while Krivbasbasket thrashed Pulsar 59-88.
