Anwil lands Henderson and Palalic
Gerrod Henderson Anwil Wloclawek announced a pair of new signings on Monday as the team gears up for the coming season. The Polish Cup winners signed American guard Gerrod Henderson (193, 29) and Bosnian forward Danilo Palalic (200, 25). Henderson started last season in Israel with Ironi Nahariya, but after an injury, returned to the United States, where he remained in shape by raining with Texas Tech University. Before that, he played for Panionios Athens, where he averaged 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists. He has also played in Hemofarm Vrsac and Red Star Belgrade. Henderson appeared in the ULEB Cup with Red Star during the 2005-06 season, averaging 9.6 points and 3.7 assists. Meanwhile, Palalic arrives from KK Borac Nektar Banja Lika, where he averaged 17 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists per game.
