Anwil lands Patrick Okafor

Anwil Wloclawek keeps building its roster for the upcoming 2007-08 season by inking forward Patrick Okafor to a one-year deal. Okafor (203, 28) arrives from Polphamra-Pakmet Starogard, where he averaged 17.3 points and 7.2 rebounds in 26 Polish League games last season. He has also played for Ramat Hasharon in Israel, Guerreros Michoacan-Morelia in Mexico, the Pennsylvania Valley Dawgs and the Oklahoma Storm in the USBL, as well as for the Dakota Wizards, the Yakima Sun Kings and the Idaho Stampede in the CBA.
