Buducnost m: tel head coach Dejan Radonjic
"We entered in to the game under pressure that was obviously expected. But
from minute to minute we took control of the game in our hands. Our
advantage grew together with our self-confidence. The atmosphere in the
hall was extraordinary and gave us additional input. We played almost
perfect defense except in first couple of minutes and it was the reason
why we won with such a big advantage. All compliments to my players for a brilliant game."
Buducnost forward, Vladimir Dasic
"We proved tonight that we are a great team. Obviously, it was not expected
that we beat Galatasaray with such a big advantage. Our supporters were our
sixth player, so thanks to them. The decisive factor was our great wish in both games to pass to the Eurocup. We put so much energy on the court
and proved our character as a team."
Galatasaray Cafe Crown head coach, Murat Ozyer
"First of all, I want to congratulate the young team of Buducnost and Coach
Radonjic. They did very good job in this series. I also wish them good luck
in the Eurocup. They proved their value in this current season. About the game, we
didn't play well in the second quarter. We lost control of the game. After the
half, I think that my players didn't believe that we could make a break.
So you saw the result of that attitude. We have good players but they
didn't play well tonight."
Galatasaray Cafe Crown forward Dejan Milojevic Dejan
"I’m glad to be in Podgorica again but I am disappointed because my team is
defeated. I have to say that against this Buducnost team, tonight, we didn’t
have any chance. They totally punished all our weakness. Dejan Radonjic
scouted us very well and made it a game that was didn’t suitable to
us. We also made so many turnovers and we have big problems in transition. We
look like group of citizens more than a serious basketball team. I want
to congratulate Buducnost. I wish them a lot of luck. With the kind of game
they played tonight they could survive the regular season, too."
