Le Havre brings back forward Danny Strong
STB Le Havre brought in forward Danny Strong on trial, the club announced Monday. Strong (33, 200) helps take the place of the injured Romain Duport. He comes to Le Havre for the second time, after spending the 1999-2000 season with the club alongside Jean Manuel Sousa, who’s now the head coach. Strong played in Spain last season for Leon Caja Espana. After leaving Le Havre, Strong played five seasons for Gravelines in France, including 21 ULEB Cup games over two campaigns, in which he averaged 14.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. He also spent one season each with Alta Gestion Fuenlabrada Madrid in Spain and Air Avellino in Italy.
