Brose Baskets lands Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor (Photo: Bayer Giants Leverkusen) Brose Baskets has announced the arrival of forward Eric Taylor, who inked a two-year deal. Taylor (201, 32) arrives from Bayer Giants Leverkusen, where he averaged 11.6 points and 5.7 rebounds in 33 German League games last season. He has also played for Polonia Warszawa in Poland, Gallitos de Isabela, Atleticos de San German and Capitanes de Arecibo in Puerto Rico, Maccabi Givat Shmuel in Israel, Irakleio Crete in Greece, the Kansas City Knights in the ABA, the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the CBA, Antibes and Maurienne in France, the Hung Kuo Elephans in Taiwan, the Cincinnati Stuff in the IBL, Lanus Buenos Aires and Independiente in Argentina and Mauricio Baez in the Dominican Republic. He helped the Knights to win the ABA title in 2002. "I always thought that the arena in Bamberg and its fans were something special, even since the first time I came here with the Bayer Giants," Taylor said. "Bamberg fans know a lot about basketball. I will do my best for them and the team."
