Meanwhile, El-Amin helped his team take a do-or-die 89-71 home win against Hemofarm Stada and stay alive in the Final Eight race. El-Amin had 30 points on 8-for-9 two-point and 5-for-5 free-throw shooting. He added 2 rebounds, 9 assists, a steal and 4 fouls drawn. Michael Wright of Turk Telekom needed less than 21 minutes to amass a 33 index rating based on 21 points, 6-for-6 two-point shooting, 5 rebounds, 2 steals and 10 fouls drawn in his team's road loss against Zadar. Milt Palacio of Khimki, with a 30 index, and Chuck Eidson of Lietuvos Rytas, who registered a 27 and also helped his team reach the Final Eight, completed the top individual performances for Last 16 Week 5.
