Dominion Bilbao Basket added fire power to its roster by inking small forward Alex Ruoff to a two-year deal on Monday. Ruoff (1.98 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Goettingen, where he averaged 14.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 28 German League games last season. He has also played for Generali Okapi Aalstar and Belgacom Liege Basket of Belgium, as well as for Canton and Iowa of the D-League. He helped Goettingen win the German second division title in 2014 and also took Liege and Aalstar to the Belgian League finals in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Ruoff also won the NIT Tournament with West Virginia University in 2007.
