JSF Nanterre added power and strength to its roster by inking center Fernando Raposo to a two-year deal on Thursday. Raposo (2.06 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Entente Orleans 45, where he averaged 6 points and 3.2 rebounds in 32 French League games last season. Raposo started his professional career with Elan Bearnais Pau-Orthez and also played for SO Maritime Boulougne before joining Orleans in 2012. He helped the French U20 national team get a silver medal at the 2009 European Championships. Raposo also helped Pau win the French second division title in 2010. "I am very happy, it is an honor for me to sign with Nanterre. It is a club that had great results in recent seasons and I am especially proud to join this very big family," Raposo said. "I cannot wait for the new season to start and have the opportunity to play for this club."
