Besiktas JK Istanbul penned a one-year deal with Nate Wolters. The point guard spent most of the previous two seasons in the NBA with Milwaukee and New Orleans. Wolters (1.93 meters, 24 years old) averaged 5.8 points and 2.6 assists in 79 games between the two clubs. He also played briefly for Grand Rapids in the D-League and posted 15.3 points and 7.2 assists in 12 appearances. Wolters starred in college for South Dakota State University from 2009 through 2013; he was named 2013 Summit League Player of the Year and finished as the school’s all-time leader in points (2,353) and assists (663).
