Avtodor Saratov picks up scoring punch with Williams

Avtodor Saratov, the Eurocup's top scoring team, just got a little more dangerous with the signing of swingman Reggie Williams for the remainder of the season. Williams (1.98 meters, 29 years old) returns to action after finishing last season in the NBA with San Antonio, where he averaged 1.9 points in 20 games off the bench. He also posted 16.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists in 13 games for Oklahoma City in the D-League. Williams returns to Europe after making his Euroleague debut with Caja Laboral Vitoria in the 2011-12 season and spending the 2008-09 campaign in France with JDA Dijon. The well-traveled scorer has also played for Golden State, Charlotte and Oklahoma City in his six NBA seasons in addition to time with Sioux Falls, Tulsa and Oklahoma City in the D-League.
